REIT prices have been declining again over the past month, pushing the median Price/NAV to 0.72. Currently, 6 REITs are trading above 1. Meanwhile, the median dividend yield has risen to 6.96%, with two REITs offering yields above 10%. Additionally, four REITs have halted distributions, and one REIT distributed only around 10% of its distributable income.


The next FOMC (18-19 March) is widely expected to maintain current rates, as reflected in the CME FedWatch projections.
