S-REITs Data Updates - Replaced Embedded S-REITs Comparison Spreadsheet with an Interactive Table

I'm excited to announce the launch of a new interactive S-REITs Comparison Tool on my blog! This tool takes your REIT analysis to the next level by allowing you to compare up to 5 S-REITs side by side with just a few clicks. Simply click on the REIT column headers to select and compare.

To improve usability, I’ve split the tool into a dedicated page and updated the Dividend Yield and P/NAV historical data presentation. Instead of comparing against an average using standard deviation, the tool now shows current percentiles, placing each REIT between its historical max and min.
