This month, SREITs share prices declined, bringing the median Price/NAV ratio to 0.76, Currently, 6 REITs trade above a P/NAV ratio of 1. The median dividend yield is now at 6.39%, with 1 REIT offering over a 10% yield. Meanwhile, 4 REITs have suspended distributions, and 1 has distributed only 10% of its income.


The upcoming FOMC meeting on 6-7 November, just days after the U.S. election. CME FedWatch shows a high likelihood of a 25 bps rate cut.
