Since the last update in July 2023, there have been notable changes to the Singapore REITs Ex-Dividend & Payment Calendar:
- Name Change: ARA US Hospitality Trust is now Acrophyte Hospitality Trust.
- Dividend Frequency Change: Sasseur REIT has switched from quarterly to semi-annual distributions.
This update offers a refreshed table detailing distribution frequency, where "1H" refers to the first half and "2H" to the second half of a month. For example, "1H 3, 2H 8" indicates the first half of March and the second half of August.
Additionally, the calendar view has been updated for a clearer visual reference, but without half-month specification:
As the results season is just around the corner, check out the S-REITs Results Date for the release dates of your preferred REITs. If you find this update helpful, don’t forget to share this updated calendar.
