Can cover ESR REIT? Should we subscribe to the rights issue?
ReplyDeleteHi! Due to a heavy workload, I currently only review REITs with at least 10 favorable points, and the number of 'less favorable' points must be at most 5 more than the favorable ones. Additionally, with half-yearly reporting, I may not review some REITs due to limited information. Special exceptions are made for selected MCFK counters.
DeleteRegarding whether to subscribe to the rights issue, here are a few points to consider:
Is the market price below the rights issue offer price?
Are you comfortable with the fundamentals?
Are you comfortable with your current holding size?
Remember, you don’t need to participate in every rights issue.
