REIT-TIREMENT’s 1000th Blog Post: A Milestone in the Journey

Today marks a Milestone for REIT-TIREMENT: The 1000th Blog Post. When I started this blog on January 1st, 2019, I never imagined reaching this point. It's been a journey filled with learning, growth, and connecting with the REIT investing community.

Reflecting on the Journey

Since day one, my aim has been to share my experiences with personal finance and Singapore REITs. As time went on, I found myself diving deeper into REIT reviews, driven by the feedback and engagement from readers like you. Over the years, I've shared my thoughts on various REITs. My goal has always been to present information clearly to help readers make informed decisions.

Running this blog has been a learning experience. Reading through quarterly updates and annual reports, analyzing the data, and then summarizing my findings has reinforced my understanding throughout the years. The feedback and questions from readers have been invaluable, prompting me to explore areas I might not have considered initially.

Notable Milestones Achieved:

• 7th Jul 2019: Published S-REITs Data and S-REITs Result Date, the first step in creating a comprehensive resource for SREIT investors.
• 24th May 2020: Created REIT-TIREMENT Facebook Page, providing a platform for more direct interaction with the community.
• 1st Jun 2020: Published S-REITs Dashboard, offering detailed data in chart forms, displaying complex data in a simple way.
• 1st Aug 2020: Created Facebook Group - REIT Investing Community, to foster discussions and share insights among like-minded investors.
• 13th Aug 2020: Purchased REIT-TIREMENT.com domain name, establishing a more professional presence.
• 3rd Sep 2020: Reached the 100th Blog Post milestone.
• 5th Sep 2020: Started REIT Posts of the Week, curating the most relevant Singapore REITs posts from around the web weekly.
• 3rd Oct 2020: Started REIT-TIREMENT Patreon,  offering exclusive content.
• 3rd Aug 2021: Hit the 300th Blog Post milestone.
• 21st Sep 2021: Published S-REITs Comparison Table, another tool to aid investors.
• 18th Oct 2021: Created Singapore REITs Post Channel, centralizing updates on SREITs.
• 18th May 2022: Reached the 500th Blog Post milestone.
• 28th Mar 2023: Improved S-REITs Result Date by integrating it with Google Calendar, making it more user-friendly.
• 12th Jul 2023: Published S-REITs Distribution Breakdown, providing deeper DPU information.
• 18th August 2023: Achieved the 800th Blog Post milestone.
• 27th Jun 2024: Re-designed & improved S-REITs Dashboard, S-REITs Data, S-REITs Comparison Table & S-REITs Distribution Breakdown, enhancing their usability and aesthetics.
• 17th July 2024: Converted S-REITs Data to interactive tables with sort and search functions, enhancing user's experience and making data navigation smoother.
• 21st July 2024: Converted S-REITs Result Date to interactive table.
• 22nd August 2024: This post marks the 1,000th Blog Post, a significant milestone in this ongoing journey.
