First and foremost, I would like to thank James, the founder of SmallCapAsia blog and InvestKaki YouTube channel, for inspiring me to make my S-REITs Data interactive. Despite not being very IT literate, with the help of ChatGPT, this has now been created. Readers can now sort columns and use the search bar to find specific Singapore REITs.
Let's look at the changes:
1) Part - 1 of 2 - Overview, Key Indicators, Relative & Distribution Breakdown
- Converted embedded spreadsheets to interactive tables
- Added sorting and search functions
2) Added Key Indicators Tab
- Created a new tab for key indicators
- Items match the S-REITs Dashboard Key Indicator section, excluding those present in other tabs
3) Information Removed
To fit tables on one PC or tablet screen, the following were removed:
- Overview Tab: no., symbol, secondary country & market cap in SGD B
- Relative Tab: no., symbol, 52 wks sparkline, current dividend yield & current P/NAV
- Div Breakdown Tab: no. & symbol
Part 2 - Comparisons will remain as an embedded spreadsheet due to the complexity and limitations of the interactive format. The new interactive tables do not include colors and conditional formatting, but the sorting and search functions should enhance usability. In addition, the loading speed is a lot faster now.
