Share prices have shown a slight recovery, following the reaffirmation of three rate cuts this year in the recent FOMC meeting. Currently, the median Price/NAV ratio is 0.74, with 6 REITs trading above a Price/NAV ratio of 1. The median dividend yield stands at 6.93%, with 7 REITs offering a dividend yield of over 10%. However, 4 REITs have halted distributions. While high dividend yields may be tempting, it's important not to base investment decisions solely on yield. Always conduct thorough due diligence before investing.
