SREITs Dashboard Updates - Added Gearing with Perps, Table for Price Relative Chart and Others

Updates for this time round:

1) Debt Profile

- Added gearing which accounted for perpetual securities.

2) Price Relative Chart 

- Added table for 1-year, 3-years and 5-years detail of price/NAV and dividend yield.

- Removed +2SD, +1SD, average, -1SD and -2SD from price/NAV and dividend yield charts. 

- Added trendline for the average closing price, price/NAV and dividend yield charts

Using a table instead of showing charts with different time frames mainly is because of loading speed. It would take a significantly longer time to show 5-year, 3-years and 1-year price/NAV and dividend yield charts.

3) Trends 

- Removed trend for management fees over distribution.
